Our personal trainers provide a free consultation and a taster session for just £15.

You will be supported via text and email between sessions and you will be able to access our online support system where you can download free nutrition and recipe e-books.
You will also be able to research over 3500 pages of health advice and view the results of your health assessments, so that you can monitor your progress. You may also want to work out on your own between your personal training sessions and your personal trainer will be able to create a training program for you that you can then view and download through your online support system.
As well as guiding you through your training programme, your personal trainer will be there to offer you advice on nutrition, weight management and making lifestyle changes to help you feel great.
