Every Personal Trainer should be passionate about exercise and fitness and I am no different. However, I believe that my years as a teacher have given me the experience and adaptability to modify exercises and sessions to tailor different individuals and to have the ability to break down an explanation of a situation or exercise. My science degree, combined with my Personal Training qualifications give me a thorough understanding of the body and how it works and allows me to relate a client's medical conditions to the task at hand and give a professional and knowledgeable approach to a client and their exercise session. I work with clients of all ages and abilities to reach their fitness and nutritional goals and I am looking forward to helping you reach yours.
